Skin Care Tips for Summers || Beat the heat !!!

Hi gals so today I'll be sharing some cool and simple tips for skin care during summer. As we all know that during summer our skin needs a little extra care since the sun radiations are bit harsh and scorching. So here are few things that you can do :

1. Drink lots of water : Hydration is the key for healthy glowing skin, so drink lots of water and stay hydrated. Just take a few sips of any liquid of your choice through out the day at regular interval.

Here are few options that you can go for :
Mineral Water
Coconut Water
Lemonade
Fruit Juice
Detox Water
Shakes



2. Apply Sunscreen Before Stepping out : Apply good amount of sunscreen with right SPF on your expose body part at least 20 minutes before stepping out of your home. This will provide protection to your skin from harmful radiations.

3. Apply Lip Balm with proper SPF : Its important to take care of the lips by applying right SPF value lip balm on lips before stepping out during summer. Like skin our lips too need extra care from sun during summer otherwise they will become dry and chapped.

4. Cover your hairs with scarf : Avoid direct exposure of hairs to sun as it will damage the hairs and hairs will loose shine and will damage the scalp as well.

5. Try to avoid direct exposure to sun  : Try to avoid direct exposure to sun during daytime, if possible do not face directly to sun, you can use umbrella or scarf to avoid direct radiations.

6. Wear Full sleeves Shrugs/Shirts/T-shirts when stepping out : You can go for full sleeves shrugs, shirts, T shirts for minimum exposure to direct sunlight.

Hi gals so today I'll be sharing reviews for one of my favorite face polish that is the body shop vitamin C daily glow cleansing polish.....

With first wash itself I became huge fan of this product, Its amazing... it gives a super shinny and radiant finish to your face. It gives an instant glow and and shine to your face which last almost for a day which is really good.

Good Things about this product :

• Instant shine and glow to your face.
• lasts almost day long
• Your skin becomes naturally radiant and shinny
• The consistency of the product is good and thick.
• Tiny beads of vitamin C deep cleanses your skin and adds shine to your skin

The only problem is it is quite expensive to buy it in India.

Lotus Herbal White Glow Gel Cream Review

Hi Today I'll be writing review for Most talked gel cream in India...Lotus Herbal White Glow Skin Whitening & Brightening cream. I really like the consistency 

It comes in 40 grams and 60 grams pack. I bought 40 grams pack for trial. Here is the pic how it looks :

I have notices that the 40 gm pack is having a grey lid and a 60 gm lid is having a silver lid, nevertheless... The cream comes in a small glass jar with plastic lid and you have to dig in your finger to apply it which I found is a bit inconvenient . 

Lotus Herbal creme Jar

Coming to the cream... Good things about this creme are :

• absorbs quickly onto your skin
• very light on skin and you need to use very tiny amount of it.
• moisturizes your skin
• its non sticky and gives a radiant glow to your skin
• have SPF 25 and PA+++ thus gives you sun protection
• nice pleasing smell which last almost half day, quite a long.. :)

Overall its a nice gel creme which can be used on a daily basis. As far as skin whitening & brightening is concerned I really can find a glow on my skin which you always get when you apply any gel creme so nothing special if you are looking for a whitening creme.

Finally I want to conclude it by saying that its a good creme for everyday use as a moisturizer or base creme. I would say you can buy it without any further ado.
