5 Easy ways to protect your skin from sun damage this summer

Summers are really good as it gives us a chance to wear the most trendy outfits and eat delicious ice creams and how can I forget Mangoes...!!!

The only reason why we don't like to go out during summers is skin damage, tanning etc. Those who have oily skin like me face a lot of trouble but by following these cool 5 easy tips we can protect our skin from the sun.

1. Always wear sunscreen 
When ever you are going out during summers, whether its for 5 mins or for longer period, you must wear sunscreen. Wearing sunscreen is not enough, as we have to make sure that the sunscreen that we are wearing is having SPF in accordance to our skin.

2. Stay Hydrated
Drink water, juices, milk as much as you can. Hydration is the key for healthy glowing skin and during summers when the sun is at its peak, it becomes more important to stay hydrated.

3. Clean your face before going to bed
Its very important to clean your face and remove all the makeup products before you go to bed, to open up you clogged pores and to let your skin breath.

4. Cucumber water
Apply cucumber water after cleaning your face regularly as it act as a protective layer between your skin and outside environment and also tightens your pores.

5. Refreshing face pack
Apply some refreshing face pack to refresh and soothe your skin.    

5 Amazing Homemade Packs for Tan Removal

Tanning is a common problem during summers in India and we all have tanning as it leads to gradient skin rather than radiant..:)

So here are 5 quick and easy homemade packs for fast tan removal.

1. Gram Flour + Yogurt + Turmeric
This is the most effective face pack for tan removal. Take 2 tbsp of coarse gram flour, 1 tbsp yogurt and a pinch of turmeric. Mix them up and make a paste. Apply all over your skin and massage in circular motion. Do it for 5 mins then wash it off and pat dry.

2. Orange Peel Powder + Yogurt
Take 2 tbsp of orange peel powder, you can make it at home and 1 tbsp of yogurt. Mix them up to make a smooth paste then apply it all over your face and leave it for 10-15 mins. Then wash it off with cool water and pat dry your face.

3. Tomato + Lemon Juice + Honey
Take 2 tbsp of tomato pulp, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 1 tbsp of honey. Mix them up to make a smooth paste and apply it all around your face. Leave it for 10-15 mins and then wash with cool water.

4. Fuller's Earth + Aloe Vera Gel   
Take 2 tbsp of fuller's earth (Multani Mitti in hindi) and 1 tbsp of Aloe Vera Gel and make a smooth paste and apply it all over your face and leave it for 10-15 mins till the mask dry. Then take a wet towel and slowly wipe to remove the mask. Then wash with cool water.

5. Wheat Flour + Milk + Turmeric
Take 2 tbsp of wheat flour, 1 tbsp of milk and a pinch of turmeric powder. Mix them to form a smooth paste. Apply it all over your face and leave it for 10-15 mins. Then wash it off with cool water.
