Hi gals so today I'll be sharing some cool and simple tips for skin care during summer. As we all know that during summer our skin needs a little extra care since the sun radiations are bit harsh and scorching. So here are few things that you can do :
1. Drink lots of water : Hydration is the key for healthy glowing skin, so drink lots of water and stay hydrated. Just take a few sips of any liquid of your choice through out the day at regular interval.

Here are few options that you can go for :
Mineral Water
Coconut Water
Lemonade
Fruit Juice
Detox Water
Shakes
2. Apply Sunscreen Before Stepping out : Apply good amount of sunscreen with right SPF on your expose body part at least 20 minutes before stepping out of your home. This will provide protection to your skin from harmful radiations.
3. Apply Lip Balm with proper SPF : Its important to take care of the lips by applying right SPF value lip balm on lips before stepping out during summer. Like skin our lips too need extra care from sun during summer otherwise they will become dry and chapped.
4. Cover your hairs with scarf : Avoid direct exposure of hairs to sun as it will damage the hairs and hairs will loose shine and will damage the scalp as well.
